• Stormwater Extensions:

  As part of you DA consent with your council, you may be required to construct new stormwater pipework and pits. We own our own stormwater formwork to construct cast in situ pits and can construct RCP (reinforced concrete pipes) and PVC, GRP and Stormflo from DN300 – DN1200.

• Sewer concrete encasement is often necessary where sewer pipes run close to proposed building footings, under structures, or through unstable soils, as it reinforces and protects the pipe from movement, pressure, and damage. Examples of structures which Our experienced team ensures that all encasement work is carried out to the highest standards and fully complies with Sydney Water specifications.

• As part of your proposed dual occupancy or Section 73 notice of requirements (NOR), you may be required to construct a sewer sideline to ensure both lots have a connection to the Sdyeny Water sewer main within their property boundaries.

  We can provide an all-inclusive construction package which would include traffic control, removal of spoil and permits.

A Peg Out Report also known as a service protection report is a report that provides important information about the sewerage, potable water or stormwater infrastructure on a property.

A Sewer Peg Out enables the accurate location, depth and plotting of Sydney Water assets onto your building plans by your engineer/ architect which will then determine if your proposed structure is within the Zone of Influence (ZOI) of the Sydney Water asset.
